Atty. Engr. Mary Jane Yonzon-Repol brings together the precision of a Geodetic Engineer and the sharpness of a Litigation Lawyer, offering clients a rare blend of technical expertise and legal insight.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Geodetic Engineering at Feati University in 2016 and became a licensed Geodetic Engineer in the same year. For the past nine years, she has delivered professional surveying services marked by accuracy, reliability, and integrity—leading a team of licensed Geodetic Engineers under her direct supervision to ensure meticulous and compliant fieldwork. Her services include boundary and relocation surveys, subdivision planning, and topographic mapping, providing the essential technical foundation for due diligence, property development, and dispute resolution.

Determined to broaden her service to people, she pursued law and graduated with a Juris Doctor from Philippine Christian University in July 2023. By December 2023, she had passed the Philippine Bar Examination and was admitted to the Philippine Bar. Since then, she has actively practiced as a litigation lawyer, focusing on criminal law, titling, real estate contracts and transactions, due diligence, title disputes, succession and settlements, partitions, and land use regulations. Her legal strategies are always grounded in accurate and defensible technical data, giving clients a decisive advantage in both court and negotiations.

As the founder of Repol Law Office and Land Surveying Services, she offers clients an integrated approach that bridges legal principles with technical precision—resolving complex land-related issues with clarity and competence.

Beyond private practice, Atty. Engr. Repol is committed to volunteerism and public service. She has served as a volunteer lawyer for the poor with the Integrated Bar of the Philippines, Laguna Chapter, and regularly supports the Medical, Dental, Optical, and Legal Missions of MCGI Cares, an initiative of the Members Church of God International. Through these missions, she takes part in the association’s efforts to extend justice and compassion to underserved communities.

She also shares her expertise as a resource speaker for UNTV Channel’s programs, which provide free legal counseling to the public.
